The Rules and Regulations Committee is made up of your peers—brokers and appraisers from around the state. When a compliance issue arises, a policy change is recommended by the National Association of REALTORS®, or the market dictates a policy modification, the issue is reviewed by the MLS Rules and Regulations Committee and REcolorado Data Integrity team. The committee will make a recommendation if a policy needs to be added, changed, or removed, then a motion will be submitted to the REcolorado Board of Directors for approval.
When a policy is changed or added, REcolorado will let you know.
