What is an Incomplete listing status?

Simply put, this is a draft that is not yet visible to all REcolorado customers in Matrix. Incomplete is not so much a status, but rather a way to get a head start on the entry process. Once a listing contract has been executed, the listing must be updated to Coming Soon or Active status in the MLS within three business days from the listing period start date outlined in the listing agreement.

A listing can remain in an Incomplete status for 60 days. If there is no additional information added or modifications made within those 60 days, the listings will be automatically removed from the system. Marketing on a listing cannot occur while the listing is in an Incomplete status.
