Discover Your Full Potential: Assessing Experience, Training, and Knowledge

We know that staying in compliance and ensuring your brokerage license remains valid is important to you. While you may have heard the term competency, here is how the Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) defines it in CREC Rule 6.2:

“In order to conduct Real Estate Brokerage Services, a Broker must possess the necessary experience, training, and knowledge to provide Real Estate Brokerage Services and maintain compliance with the applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.” Read Full Rule >>

This rule is in place to protect consumers and Colorado’s real estate marketplace. Not meeting these requirements could result in the loss of your real estate license.
