REcolorado is thrilled to announce our incoming 2024 Board of Directors, which is comprised of real estate professionals from across the state. Mark Trenka of Century 21 Trenka Real Estate will serve his first term as Chair of the Board and Shelly Vincent of HomeSmart will serve as Vice Chair and Chair of MLS Policy. Laura Ruch of Keller Williams Preferred will be the 2024 Finance & Audit Chair. Directors are appointed by REcolorado shareholders, Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, and South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS®, representatives from local REALTOR® offices, and the Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS®, a participating association.

We are also pleased to present our 2024 Rules & Regulations Committee, a group of real estate brokers and appraisers from across Colorado that helps shape the rules all REcolorado subscribers follow. Our policies provide a consistent structure and framework for MLS data that helps your clients buy and sell homes and helps power the tools you use every day. 

Our Board of Directors and MLS Rules & Regulations Committee are poised to lead REcolorado during a time of great opportunity. We expect the MLS to thrive as our industry and the needs of our subscribers evolve.
