REcolorado Recognized for Strategic Vision and Mission

We want to take a moment to toot our own horn! We’re excited to share that REcolorado’s leadership team, as well as the organization as a whole, has recently received some well-deserved praise in the industry. We are especially proud of the recognition we’ve received because we believe it is evidence that our company is on the right track with our new strategic vision, which emphasizes serving our customers.   

REcolorado President and CEO Gene Millman and former REcolorado Board Member Chad Ochsner were both listed among this year’s Swanepoel Power (SP) 200. The two join the ranks of executives from some of the most renowned companies in residential real estate. Branded as the definitive ranking of leaders from the residential real estate brokerage industry, the SP 200 recognizes the field’s 200 most powerful and influential individuals each year. The factors used by T3 Sixty judges in their consideration of honorees include: the size of the company they lead, personal leadership and influence within the industry, track record and recent initiatives, among others. 

“I am incredibly honored and humbled to be included in this year’s Swanepoel Power 200 list,” said Gene Millman. “It is my great privilege to be leading a progressive, data-driven MLS like REcolorado. Our team does extraordinary work and is the foundation of our success as we shape our company for the future.” 

In addition to being a recognized leader, Gene is also known for his service and dedication to the real estate industry. He is currently a member of the COVE Group, which is comprised of leaders from the nation’s top MLS organizations, the NAR Executive Advisory Board, the NAR Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee, and the Executive Advisory Committee. He is also Vice Chair of the NAR AE Forum and a member of the Board of Directors for MLS Grid and REdistribute. 

REcolorado was also recently awarded BEST MLS for Customer Service, Training, and Data Quality by the WAV Group Customer Experience Index, which sets industry-wide customer satisfaction standards for MLSs. BEST MLSs are awarded badges to recognize their hard work and the contributions they make to the local real estate communities they serve.
