Did you know you can defer tenant screening fees to applicants with a MyRental Premium package?

You can choose from three easy options:

• Primary Applicant Pays
• Each Applicant Pays (our roommate option)
• You (Agent) Pays

The premium package includes Basic screening reports such as Criminal and Eviction as well as a Credit Report, proprietary SafeRent rental score, and average rental scores in your market.

MyRental’s Online Rental Application is free for REcolorado customers as part of your REcolorado subscription.  You can choose to include screening with the application or request the rental application by itself.
