Troubleshoot Your Searches

Not finding the results you expect? Our team will review your search criteria with you to help avoid conflicts that might be restricting your results. Plus, we can help you identify why a specific listing may not be returned.

Fix Map Pin Placements

Have you ever opened your listing and realized your map pin was slightly out of place? Customer Success has you covered. Call ‘em up and they’ll help you fix it! This will ensure brokers, their clients, and also appraisers who view your listing can tell exactly where the property is located.

Correct Listing Errors

Errors happen and you’re not the first to make one. If you discover an error on your listing, don’t wait! Call Customer Success immediately and they’ll help get you squared away. Ensuring your listing includes accurate information will help it more easily be found by brokers and their clients. Additionally, accurate information is vital for brokers and appraisers who may include your listing in CMAs or other analysis.

An Extra Set of Eyes

If a member of our team notices that something looks out of place on your listing, they’ll send you a friendly note and help you get it resolved.

Pro Tip: You can proactively check your listing details to make sure they line up with REcolorado Rules and Regulations. After you submit your listing, watch for the Input Succeeded screen. Then, click the Listing Compliance Check link. When you click the link, you’ll see a listing detail report from our handy tool called Listing Data Checker (LDC) with a note from our team in blue text with the information you need to know.

Reactivate Expired Listings

If your listing expired within the last 30 days, Customer Success can reactivate it!

Pro Tip: Review the ABCs of Matrix Statuses. Do you know the difference between Expired and Withdrawn?

Adding a Listing

If you’re having trouble adding a new listing or you’re not sure what to do next, Customer Success is happy to help you out. Selecting the correct Property Type is the first step to entering an accurate listing.
