With this tool, you can see exactly how many times your listing is viewed by your fellow brokers, as well as how many times your listing is viewed and saved by clients using the REcolorado Matrix Client Portal. This information is updated nightly and includes data from REcolorado Matrix MLS Searches, Client Portals, Auto Emails, and more.

How to Access Your REcolorado Matrix Hit Counter
To access your Hit Counter, hover over My Matrix, click My Listings, and select My Hit Counters from the pulldown. Your Hit Counter contains information on client portal traffic as well as agent traffic.
Interpreting Your Hit Counter Data
Here is a breakdown of the information you’ll receive on your client portal traffic:
- Client Portals – The number of client portals that contain your listing
- Client Views – The number of times potential buyers have viewed your listing
- Client Favorites – How many potential buyers have marked your listing as a Favorite
- Client Possibilities – How many potential buyers have marked your listing as a Possibility
- Auto Emails – How many Auto Emails your listing has been included in/matched
- Previous 14 Day Views – How many potential buyers clicked on your property in the last 14 days
Here is a breakdown of the information you’ll receive on traffic from other brokers:
- Agent Published – How many times agents have been alerted of your listings through concierge and approved (forwarded) your listing to their client
- Agent Rejected – How many times agents have been alerted of your listing through concierge and rejected (not forwarded) your listing for their client
- Agent IDX – How many times your listing has been viewed through an Agent Matrix IDX frame
- Agent Views – How many times agents have viewed your listings in REcolorado Matrix MLS
