Listing Distribution – Your Listing, You Decide

You’ve secured a new listing – congratulations! One of the key decisions you’ll make is how and where to market it. Did you know that, according to the National Association of Realtors, 97% of homebuyers start their search online? Online advertising is an essential part of a strategic marketing plan, and while maximum exposure was once the standard, many brokers today prefer a more targeted approach to reach the right audience.

At REcolorado, we empower you to choose the listing distribution options that best suit your client’s needs. Here’s how it works:

  1. Brokerage-Level Options: An office’s managing broker or participant selects the listing distribution channels that are available for their office’s listing using Listing Distribution settings.
  2. Listing Broker Control: When entering a listing into the MLS, brokers determine if their listing should be marketed on public-facing websites in the Marketing tab in Matrix.
  3. Seamless Distribution: REcolorado sends the listing via a secure data feed according to the office and listing broker selections.

Concerned about Privacy?

If you or your client prefers not to have the listing available widely online, you can select “No” in the Marketing tab in the MLS. This will ensure the listing will not be distributed to any public websites, including Nestfully, IDX, ColoProperty.com, Realtor.com, and other public-facing sites.
