Listing Distribution
REcolorado offers Listing Distribution, which gives managing brokers control over where their office’s listings display on the internet. Using Listing Distribution settings, the managing broker or participant selects channels where their offices’ listings can be sent. When a listing agent chooses to display a listing on public websites, it will automatically display on the sites chosen by the office.
Pro Tip: Check with your managing broker to understand where your listings will be distributed. Managing brokers can customize settings using REcolorado Listing Distribution. Some offices have franchiser agreements to send your listings to additional public-facing sites.

IDX – Broker Websites
If having your own website is part of your business strategy, you may use IDX, or Internet Data Exchange, to display listings. IDX is a system that allows you to display MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listings on your own website, making it easier for potential buyers to search for properties. IDX also means that your listing can be displayed on the websites of brokers and offices that are part of the REcolorado network. One of the benefits of being part of REcolorado, the largest broker-to-broker network in Colorado, is the ability to display more listings on your website through IDX, which builds your brand and your online authority. It also brings your listings more visibility on websites across the state and country.
What about national portals? Several of the companies that operate natioanl portals have transitioned from being a listing distribution portal to dues-paying member of NAR and local associations, which means they enjoy the same benefits, and follow the same rules, as other brokerages. One of these benefits is the ability to access data through IDX feeds. As brokerages in Colorado, residential listings displayed on the these websites come from an IDX listing data feed.

Nestfully.com
