As part of our Data Exchange and Integration agreement with IRES, we’re excited to announce another benefit for REcolorado and IRES customers. Exchanged listings will be included in data packages! The combined feeds are available to all IRES and REcolorado subscribers.

Late in 2020, exchanged listings were made available in IDX data feeds. That means any customer of either REcolorado or IRES, along with members of REALTORS® of Central Colorado, with an IDX feed from either MLS will receive exchanged listings in their IDX data feed.

Exchanged listings are now also available in additional data feeds beginning in January 2022, making even more data available to both REcolorado and IRES data customers.

Thanks to a solid relationship and partnership that is stronger than ever, we’re able to provide REcolorado and IRES customers with even more benefits, like a more comprehensive data feed for your IDX website and exchanged listings available on REcolorado.com and ColoProperty.com®.
