Beginning on July 1, your REcolorado statement will reflect the following monthly subscription fees*:
- REALTOR®/REALTOR® Appraiser/REALTOR® Licensed Admin – $54.50
- Non-REALTORS®/Non-REALTOR® Appraiser/Non-REALTOR® Licensed Admin – $59.50
- Non-Licensed Admin – $19
Set up and processing fees remain unchanged. REcolorado offers secondary MLS subscriptions to brokers who have a primary subscription with another MLS. For those who currently have a limited secondary MLS account, beginning on July 1 your statement will be $23 (REALTOR) or $26 (Non-REALTOR). The office’s managing broker or participant is not eligible for a limited subscription.
You can pay for your subscription monthly, quarterly, or annually. With an annual subscription, you will continue to receive a discount equivalent to one month free. Annual and quarterly subscription options are not available to secondary MLS subscribers. Please contact a member of our Customer Success team today for more information. The Value of Your MLS
REcolorado is always looking for ways to increase the value we deliver to Colorado real estate professionals. On our roadmap for 2023-2024, we are focused on a number of new technology initiatives that will ensure we’re able to meet your needs over the coming year and into the future. You now have access to REcolorado Media Bridge, a game-changing media upload tool that will save you time as you add photos and virtual tours to your listings. REcolorado is onboarding a Learning Management System (LMS) to provide self-paced online education efficiently and effectively to our 26,000 subscribers. Through our partnership with Nestfully, a public real estate search site powered by MLS data, your listings are connected to interested home shoppers across the country while you are connected to qualified leads. We’re breaking through geographic borders and providing you access to listing data from participating markets by forming data share partnerships with like-minded MLSs. Our partnerships with MLS Grid and REdistribute will standardize your data and create guidelines that ensure it’s being used properly, which helps us to deliver the most reliable and up to date information to you.
