REcolorado is thrilled to announce our 2023 Board of Directors, comprised of REALTORS® from throughout the region. Alan Smith of RE/MAX Professionals will serve his third consecutive term as Chair of the Board and Kevin Risen of CENTURY 21 Trenka Real Estate will serve as Vice Chair.

We are also pleased to present our 2023 Rules and Regulations Committee, a group of real estate brokers and appraisers from throughout the state that helps shape the MLS policy all REcolorado subscribers follow.

Our Board of Directors and Rules and Regulations Committee will be in place during what is shaping up to be an exciting year for REcolorado.

With the purpose of strengthening the company’s bottom line while also protecting property data, REcolorado made equity investments in MLS Grid and REdistribute in 2022. In 2023, the company will begin using these partners for efficient and secure data distribution. REcolorado also invested in Perchwell in 2022, a revolutionary, new MLS platform. With the board’s support, REcolorado embarked on several new initiatives to enhance agent productivity and updated MLS policies to reflect today’s business practices.
