REcolorado is the 16th largest MLS serving 26,000 real estate professionals. Since 2020, Gene Millman has sat at its helm as President and CEO. Like many industry veterans, Millman has navigated his way through challenges and downturns over the years. He kickstarted his journey as a sales associate over thirty years ago and has since climbed the ladder, assuming pivotal roles on the boards of directors for several prominent MLS organizations. Millman was the chair of the Board of Directors at TREND MLS during 2013-2016, ultimately assuming the role of Vice Chair post-merger with Bright MLS. In 2017 Millman took the helm as CEO of the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS), bringing his breadth of industry experience to each pivotal leadership role.
