Welcome to https://portal.recolorado.com (the “Site”), operated by Metrolist, Inc., d/b/a REcolorado (“REcolorado”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our”). The Site has been created to allow REcolorado users (“users”, “you” or “your”) to access and update your account with REcolorado (together with the Site, the “Services”). At REcolorado, we are fully committed to the protection and security of any information you provide to us. We want you to know that we truly respect and will protect your privacy, so you can enjoy using the Site.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: REcolorado only requests Personal Data in order to provide real estate products and services we offer on the Site. When you register, we may ask for, and you may voluntarily provide, Personal Data such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip/postal code, occupation, industry, and your address and payment information (e.g. your credit card information). Once you register with the Site and sign in to our Services, you are not anonymous to us. We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
Other Information: When you download, access, use or otherwise interact with REcolorado through the Services, we may also collect certain information about you, but that individually does not identify you (“Other Information”). Such non-identifiable information may be stored and maintained by REcolorado and/or REcolorado affiliates, agents or service providers.
In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve our users, REcolorado also may conduct research on user demographics, interests and behavior based on Personal Data and Other Information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and REcolorado may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. As such, REcolorado may use and disclose this aggregated information and Other Information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
Automatic Information Collection: When you download, access, use or otherwise interact with REcolorado through the Services, we may also use technology to automatically collect certain information about you, including details of your access to and use of the Services and information about your device and internet connection, such as your IP address, operating system, mobile network information, browser type, your device’s unique device identifier and telephone number. The information we collect automatically may include Personal Data. This information helps us improve the Services, including by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns, store information about your preferences, provide you with access to account information you may have entered, speed up your searches and recognize you when you use our Services.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information:
Aside from our own use of your personal information, we do not share any Personal Data we may have about you with third parties for promotional use without your consent. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Providing the Services: We may share your Personal Data and Other Information when we such sharing is reasonably necessary to providing you with the Services. For example, we may share your Personal Data and Other Information with our affiliates, technical consultants, service providers, third party auditors, third party partners or other third parties who use such information on our behalf to make the Services available, enhance the functionality of the Services, provide associated services, or deliver content (our “Representatives”). Our Representatives include, for example, website or database hosting companies, address list hosting companies, e-mail service providers, analytics companies, payment processing companies, and other similar vendors and service providers. We aim to implement reasonable and appropriate contractual and technical protections for limiting our Representatives’ use of your Personal Data and Other Information to these business activities.
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy business assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
Agents, Consultants and Other Third Parties: REcolorado, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
Advertisements: REcolorado may display targeted advertisements based on Personal Data or Other Information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria. REcolorado does not provide any Personal Data or Other Information to the Advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad. We reserve the right to freely share your Other Information for marketing and other purposes, with or without your consent. Please note, REcolorado is not responsible for removing your information from third party lists or databases. You can restrict the use of certain of your Personal Data by certain direct mail companies by contacting: Mail Preference Service c/o Direct Marketing Association, P.O. Box 9008, Farmingdale, New York 11735-9008. REcolorado lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to REcolorado’s cookies.

Children Under the Age of 13:
Protecting the privacy of the minors is especially important. Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or through the Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through the Services or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
REcolorado uses third-party payment processors to facilitate account payment. REcolorado collects your personal payment information (e.g. your credit card number), but REcolorado does not process your personal payment information. Instead, that information is stored and processed directly by the third-party payment processor.
Protecting Your Information:
We protect the confidentiality and security of any Personal Data by using industry-recognized security safeguards such as firewalls and encryption, coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. Nevertheless, REcolorado cannot guarantee that these measures will be effective in preventing a determined attacker from compromising the security of information on the sites. Due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communication between you and REcolorado will be free from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction by third parties. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Services. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to REcolorado. Your use of the Site and Services demonstrates your assumption of this risk.
Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information and, using physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, we restrict access to any sensitive personal information to those employees and agents for business purposes only.
If you are using a shared or public computer, we recommend that you log off your profile and close your browser window when you have finished accessing the Site or using the Services.
You can visit the Site without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain portions of the Services.

Deactivate Your Account:
To deactivate your user account, you may email email@example.com. We will remove your account but may retain a record of your Personal Data and Other Information that is necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, or local law. The Personal Data and Other Information retained will generally not be available to other users of the Site or Services. However, if you made use of any communication features, for example sending a personal message, such communications are generally not removable. By registering for a user account, you acknowledge and consent that, even after removal of your profile and Personal Data and Other Information from our Site, your Personal Data may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of individuals who have copied or stored such information.
Your California Privacy Rights:
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Site that are California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
