Full Bath

Contains four features: Sink, Toilet, Bathtub, Shower
Note: Bathtub and shower may be combined.
3/4 Bath

Contains three of the following four features: Sink, Toilet, Bathtub,
Shower
Note: Often these have a shower or bathtub, but not both.
Half Bath

Contains two of the following four features: Sink, Toilet, Bathtub,
Shower
Note: Half baths often have a toilet and sink only.
1/4 Bath

Contains only one of the following four features: Sink, Toilet,
Bathtub, Shower
Note: For example, a separate room with only a toilet.
Five Piece Bath

Contains five of the following features in any combination: Sink,
Toilet, Bathtub, Shower
Note: Five piece bathrooms often have two sinks.
