You’ve secured a new listing – congratulations! One of the key decisions you’ll make is how and where to market it. Did you know that, according to the National Association of Realtors, 97% of homebuyers start their search online? Online advertising is an essential part of a strategic marketing plan, and while maximum exposure was once the standard, many brokers today prefer a more targeted approach to reach the right audience.
At REcolorado, we empower you to choose the listing distribution options that best suit your client’s needs. Here’s how it works:
- Brokerage-Level Options: An office’s managing broker or participant selects the listing distribution channels that are available for their office’s listing using Listing Distribution settings.
- Listing Broker Control: When entering a listing into the MLS, brokers determine if their listing should be marketed on public-facing websites in the Marketing tab in Matrix.
- Seamless Distribution: REcolorado sends the listing via a secure data feed according to the office and listing broker selections.
