One of the first things you are likely to consider when getting a new listing is how and where it will be advertised. Advertising, and specifically, online advertising, is an important part of a strategic marketing plan for every listing. In the past, maximum exposure was considered a best practice. However, today, many brokers prefer a more targeted advertising approach.
No matter your strategy, REcolorado is committed to giving you the ability to decide which listing distribution options are best for your clients. Here is a quick overview of how it works:
- Offices/Brokerages will choose the listing distribution options they want to make available to their office members via the Listing Distribution form.
- When a Broker or Agent inputs a listing into Matrix, they will select the options on which they want that listing displayed.
- REcolorado will send your listing, via a feed, to the options you selected.
At launch, your listing distribution options will include Realtor.com, Apartments,com, ColoProperty.com, IDX and Nestfully.
