Thanks to a strong partnership and data exchange and integration agreement, more listing data is available to brokers across Colorado. REcolorado, ROCC, and IRES subscribers now have access to exchanged data in Realist, as well as both MLS systems.
When searching public records, whether you’re using Realist or Public Records in Matrix, you’ll see results from both REcolorado and IRES multiple listing services.
To determine the source of a listing in Realist, look for the MLS Source field. If a listing is entered in both IRES and REcolorado, the MLS Source displayed is based on the data received most recently from Realist.
You may also see listing history from both MLSs on a listing in Realist. Use the MLS Source field to understand which system supplied the data seen in Realist.
In addition to Realist, exchanged data is available in both REcolorado and IRES MLS systems, the REcolorado App, Homes Pro, InfoSparks, and FastStats, as well as through IDX feeds. We continue working to make data available in additional products, including REcolorado.com and ColoProperty.com, and will keep you updated as our efforts progress.
