About Data Share Partnerships
REcolorado data share partnerships give brokers and agents direct, real-time access to listing data from participating markets via their local MLS platforms and other MLS tools. We currently share data with IRES MLS so that listings from both MLSs appear within the MLS system itself. Additionally, REcolorado shares data via Realtors Property Resource (RPR) with Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®. We also leverage IntraMatrix to allow access to participating MLSs across the country. We are open to data share agreements with MLS organizations anywhere in the nation.
