ShowingTime Platform Included, Appointment Center Discounted
REcolorado’s new partnership with ShowingTime brings you and your agents ShowingTime for the MLS for free as part of your REcolorado subscription. This includes the ability to schedule and confirm showings from the MLS using the “Schedule a Showing” button.
You also have the option to upgrade to Appointment Center by ShowingTime+ for only $10 per month – a $5 discount exclusively for REcolorado customers.
Managing brokers who wish to sign up the entire brokerage for Appointment Center by ShowingTime+ get a further discounted rate of $8 per agent per month. If your office is currently using ShowingTime+, this will mean big savings in the coming year!

BrokerBay Platform, Appointment Center, and Live Concierge Included
REcolorado will continue to provide BrokerBay as part of your subscription. Beginning January 9, in addition to the BrokerBay platform and Appointment Center, all REcolorado customers will receive the Live Concierge Service for no additional cost!
