The 2021 selling and buying season is off to a very active start in the Denver Metro area. Fueled by strong demand and low inventory, the Average Closed Price for homes is at an all-time high. Routt County
Routt County saw a staggering 191% increase in homes closed compared to last year and 19% increase compared to last month. Home prices reached record highs, with an average Closed Price of $1,233,326. The housing market leaped again in Chaffee County, with a 42% increase in homes closed year over year and a 38% increase month over month.
