How is Square Footage Calculated?

When evaluating square footage, please note that REcolorado uses RESO standards for square footage calculations. This is not the same as ANSI standards, so appraisers may use different numbers than brokers. It is also important to remember that basement square footage is calculated based on the information entered in the three required fields in REcolorado Matrix, so always double check your work.
