As part of your REcolorado subscription, you have the option to syndicate your listings. In addition to that visibility, you might also have your own website to help you serve your current clients and attract prospects.

If you have your own website, you can use Internet Data Exchange (IDX) to display the most recent REcolorado listings on your site for your clients and prospects to browse. And because the listing information comes straight from REcolorado, you can display the listings with confidence that the information is accurate.

Request an IDX Frame

An IDX frame is an alternative to working with an IDX vendor, and allows you to simply add a map-based search to your personal website so visitors can view property listings. REcolorado offers an IDX frame for brokers and participants.

When you add IDX Frame to your website, you are agreeing to comply with the IDX rules in Section 15 of REcolorado’s MLS Rules & Regulations.
