Why You Need an REcolorado Account

    January 1, 2023August 17, 2023

The MLS partner you choose is an individual decision based on your business needs, but as an REcolorado subscriber, I’m sure you’ll agree you’re getting access to one of the most advanced multiple listing service systems available. The data you access from REcolorado is customized for you and spans nearly the entire state. In addition to listing input, entrusting REcolorado as your MLS partner gives you access to technology tools and services that you can use to wow your clients.

When you use REcolorado as your MLS partner, you get your own log in, which cannot be shared with anyone per MLS Rules and Regulations. Having one log in per user is another way we’re able to keep the MLS’s data integrity strong. It helps us know who to contact if there are any potential issues with your listing and it prevents the misuse of data.

    Cooperation is Key

REcolorado maintains policies to support cooperation and ensure you continue to receive the reliable, standardized data you need.

How do we do this? With your help, of course!  By entering your listings in the MLS, adhering to MLS policies, sharing listings with other brokers, and using the MLS to search for property information, you are working with other brokers across the state to create the market. By working together, you also become the local market experts.
