The Attached Y/N field is a required field designed to help simplify the listing process and ensure you’re attracting the right buyer. On the Building & Site tab, use the Is the property attached? and Common Walls fields to indicate if and how a property is attached.  

Is the property attached? 

Select Yes if the property is attached. For example, a duplex or rowhome might be considered attached whereas a house would not.  

When you select Yes, the Common Walls field is also required. In this field, indicate how the property is attached by selecting the appropriate option(s). Attached properties should always have at least one common wall, such as a floor or ceiling, which may include a garage wall.
