hen entering a listing into Matrix a user is required to enter the latitude and longitude of the property. This is done by placing a pin on the map where the listing is geographically located. Placing the pin on the map correctly can help ensure that the property’s location is represented appropriately.

To place the pin on the map:

• Ensure address information has been entered
• Click “Set Lat/Long manually”

A map will present.

• Click the parcel of interest

A pin will present. You can drag and drop the pin to reposition.

Latitude and Longitude will populate, and the property will accurately appear in Map Search results. If help is needed to identify a parcel:

• Click the layering tool above the map

A menu presents.

• Click “Parcel Characteristics”

The menu will change.

• Click “Address”

Address numbers will be present on the map, making it easier for one to locate the property. It is important that the Latitude and Longitude is placed correctly as this will follow the listing through to the Client Portal, and REcolorado.
