A great benefit of REcolorado Matrix is that it allows you to approve someone in your office to either impersonate you, or work on your behalf, when you’re busy and out of the office more than usual. Whether that’s a fellow agent in your office or your administrative professional, turning on this feature means they’ll have access to what they need, including your contacts, saved searches, auto emails, and the ability to add or edit your listings.

This feature is also handy because it means you don’t have to share your MLS password and login information. Sharing login information is against REcolorado rules, but more importantly, keeping your login info private helps you protect your information from getting into the wrong hands.
