Active status indicates the listing is active in the MLS, available for showings, Days in MLS begin to accrue, and marketing is allowed. The Active status is seen on all REcolorado’s property types including Residential Lease.

A quick reminder – with both Coming Soon and Active listings, a recent change banner will be displayed under the property photo for 15 days after the status is updated.
