Soon to be on the market with an executed listing agreement, the Coming Soon status allows listing visibility in Matrix to all REcolorado customers for up to seven calendar days until it is automatically switched to Active. Listings can manually be changed to Active at any time before the seven day Coming Soon period ends. But remember, once a listing is moved to Active, it cannot be switched back to Coming Soon.

Coming Soon status is a great way to get eyes on the listing through client portals, marketing, and in Matrix before showings begin. Marketing is allowed in this status however, no showings are allowed while the listing is in Coming Soon. Days in MLS will also not accrue in this status. Any price changes made while in Coming Soon will be reflected in the listing history once the listing is moved to Active. While Coming Soon is a great option, listings are not required to be entered as Coming Soon.
