REcolorado and REALTORS® of Central Colorado customers have a new syndication channel for their listings in REcolorado Matrix: ColoProperty.com, the public-facing home search site operated by IRES.
As part of our data exchange and integration agreement with IRES, subscribers of both MLSs have the option to syndicate their listings to the public-facing websites ColoProperty.com and REcolorado.com. Managing brokers will see the new syndication channel in REcolorado Matrix and can adjust the settings for your office.
How to Syndicate Listings to ColoProperty.com
REcolorado offers subscribers a syndication program that gives managing brokers control of where your office’s listings display on the internet. Using their Syndication Portal, the managing broker or participant selects syndication channels where listings in the office will be sent. When you choose to display your listing on public websites, it will automatically display on the sites chosen by your office. Ask your managing broker to add ColoProperty.com to your syndication options if it isn’t currently included.
If you have questions about syndication settings or our data exchange and integration partnership with IRES, we’re here to help! You can reach REcolorado Customer Success six days per week at support@REcolorado.com or 303.850.9576, option 1.
Where can I see IRES Listing Data?
Since announcing the agreement in June 2020, both organizations have worked hard to make exchanged data available and integrated in:
- Both MLS systems
- Homes Pro and the REcolorado App
- IDX and other Data Feeds
- InfoSparks and Fast Stats
- Realist
- Public-Facing Websites, REcolorado.com and ColoProperty.com
REcolorado and IRES will continue to work together to integrate exchanged data in even more products.
REcolorado is open to forming partnerships with REALTOR® associations and MLS organizations throughout the state to make more data available to brokers, real estate professionals, and consumers across Colorado. To learn more, please contact marcom@REcolorado.com
