Home prices in the Denver Metro area continue to climb. The Average Closed Price for a home in November was $627,945, 15% higher than last year. As the month ended, only 2,423 homes were listed, leaving only two weeks of inventory across the Denver Metro area. With one month remaining in 2021, the Denver Metro housing market is on pace to have a record-breaking year in terms of both Closings and prices.
