The spring home buying and selling season is in full gear as March brought double-digit increases in new listings, pending listings, and sales in the Denver Metro Area. Compared to this time last year, the market has slowed a bit. Inventory remains tight, and activity in the luxury market (homes priced at $1 million and above) is picking up.
Looking for inventory? Search for listings in the $300-500,000 price range. 46% of new listings that came on the market in March were priced in this range.
