How to Set Up Text Notifications on Client Activity

Did you know that you can receive text notifications when your client interacts with the Client Portal?  One of the ways you can keep up with what your client is doing in the Client Portal is to set up “Text Notification”.

Here’s how to set up “Text Message Notification”:

In Matrix, click the expand collapse arrow next to your name, and select “Settings”.

Click “Portal Notification Settings”

When wanting Text Notifications as your preferred way of getting client portal activity notifications, you will place a checkmark next to the desired client portal activity in the text column.

Next, click on “Click Here to Edit Your Cellular Information”

Enter your Mobile Phone Number

Click the expand/collapse arrow and select your cellular provider.

Click, “Send Me a Verification Code”.

A text notification will be sent to your cellular device with a verification code. Once received, type the verification code in the “Enter Code” field.

Click, “Save My Cellular Information”, and then click “Save”.

Your cellular device is now set up to receive text notifications when your client has interacted with their Client Portal.
