April is Fair Housing Month! Find helpful resources to ensure you’re serving your clients with the most accurate, complete set of listings.
Say “Yes” to Fair Housing!
The goal of Fair Housing is to ensure all potential buyers have access to all homes for sale.
All listings entered into REcolorado Matrix and displayed on REcolorado.com or the REcolorado App must comply with Fair Housing guidelines. When you and your clients search for listings through REcolorado, you’ll find the most complete, accurate, and up-to-date listing data available!
We use our tool, Listing Data Checker, to scan listings for potential Fair Housing violations. If the scan sees something potentially problematic, we’ll alert you so you can fix it.
When you say “Yes” to the MLS, you reduce the risk of a Fair Housing violation and can better serve your clients!

NAR’s FairHaven Course

This platform takes real estate professionals to the fictional town of Fairhaven, where agents work to close four deals while confronting situations in which discrimination is a factor. As agents advance through the simulation, they receive feedback on their performance that they can use in real-life situations.
International Food Tour Virtual Reception

Attendees of this virtual reception will experience the world using all their senses while completing fun, educational, and interactive international food-themed challenges along the way. Under the pressure of time, teams must divide roles, strategize, and communicate as they taste foods from a vast number of cultures. Whether it’s learning how ceviche is made in Peru, sipping a popular beverage choice from Japan, or sharing a family recipe, it’s all about coming out of your comfort zone together. In the end, the team with highest score is the winner!
