SkySlope
When launched, REcolorado will offer the SkySlope Forms and Offers platforms as part of an REcolorado subscription. In addition, REcolorado and SkySlope plan to co-develop tools you can use to strengthen your offer analysis process. Learn More >
Education Center (Learning Management System)
To bring even more valuable education opportunities to you, REcolorado is implementing a learning management system (LMS). The LMS will bring centralized access to REcolorado education and development resources, including self-paced on-demand learning, webinars, how-to guides, and registration for in-person and virtual classes. Nestfully
Nestfully is a public search portal and app developed, owned, and operated by MLSs. Bright MLS and California Regional MLS are the founders and REcolorado is the first partner to join the initiative. The goal is for Nestfully.com to give agents and their listings visibility on a national platform as well as to send leads to agents at no cost. Learn More >
MLS Grid
MLS Grid was formed by a network of MLS organizations to put uniform licensing, data feeds, and compliance in place to help brokers, MLSs, and product vendors work together more efficiently and cost effectively. MLS Grid streamlines the language REcolorado uses to speak to the tools you rely on to run your business like your IDX website, showing services, Back Office Feed, contract tools, and more. REdistribute
REdistribute is an MLS joint venture developed by Bright MLS and California Regional MLS. REcolorado, along with other participating MLSs, will ensure that data is used responsibly and will provide aggregate data to large entities like the US government and banking institutions who use this information to understand the local and national real estate market and implement services or products that help communities. Data Share Partnerships
REcolorado has a comprehensive data share partnership with IRES MLS and shares data via Realtors Property Resource (RPR) with Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® and Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN). We don’t think exclusively of Colorado when we consider developing more partnerships – we want to erase artificial boundaries by forming data share agreements with MLS organizations anywhere in the country. Accessing data from both Colorado and outside the state will give you another way to serve your clients by providing referrals and getting referrals.
