To ensure we’re meeting our goal and delivering top-quality customer service with every call and email, we track our performance using key metrics and customer feedback. In the last fiscal year, June 2022 through May 2023, our Customer Success team handled:
- Sent 115,611 educational and subscriber support emails
- Processed 93,635 customer requests
- Answered calls in an average of only 12 seconds
