So the closing happened, what are the next steps in Matrix for the listing status? Once the property has gone through a closing and the purchase agreement has been fulfilled, the listing in Matrix should be updated to Closed.

Similarly, if it is a rental listing and the lease agreement has been executed and the property is no longer available, the listing in Matrix should be updated to Leased.

A couple things to remember with both Closed and Leased listings – agents no longer have access to edit these listings, REcolorado Customer Success can help make any necessary changes to these listings if needed. A recent change banner will be displayed under the property photo for 15 days after the status is updated to either Closed or Leased.
