REcolorado is hosting an in-person ACU on May 19 — a mandatory 4-hour course covering the latest regulatory updates and practice issues every broker needs to know. Led by Tod Franklin, a 33-year Colorado broker and Colorado Real Estate Commission certified instructor, you’ll walk away with 4 CE credits checked off and genuinely useful knowledge in your back pocket.

Refresh Coming to “Manage Your Account” in CONNECT
In the coming weeks, you’ll notice an updated look and feel in the Manage Your Account section in the REcolorado CONNECT dashboard. Along with refreshed tiles, the REcolorado Professional Account experience will be updated to make common tasks, such as submitting payments, easier to find and complete.
As part of this update, the option to start office transfers and request listing transfers will be located under the REcolorado Account tile.

Update Your Listings from Wherever You Are
From Showing to Status Change in Seconds
Did you know that you can make status changes and price updates from your phone? Here’s what you can update on the go:
- Change to Active
- Change to Pending
- Change to Withdrawn
- Change to Expired
- Change to Leased
- Change to Closed
- Change Price
This is a great tool for you on the go — status changes should be made within 3 business days to avoid untimely status violations. Your listing also needs to be complete before you can set it to Active, and any edits to listing details or photos will still need to be done from your desktop.
