Action Needed for IDX and VOW Websites
Submit a Data Agreement with Your Website URLs
REcolorado is transitioning its data delivery platform from MLS Grid to Bridge Interactive. If you have an IDX or VOW website that displays REcolorado data, you will need to submit a data access agreement in Bridge Interactive that includes your website URLs.
You will find step-by-step instructions and answers to frequently asked questions at the link below.
Note: If you see an error message when you select the Bridge tile in your CONNECT dashboard, your managing broker has not yet completed the one-time authorization for your office. Once they do, you will be able to log in and submit your agreement.

Supra One Service Ending in REcolorado
Prepare Now to Avoid Disruptions to Your Showings
REcolorado is phasing out the Supra One showing service (formerly BrokerBay) later this year. Existing listings can keep using Supra One during a transition period, and you will receive at least 30 days’ notice before the service ends. We will share the full timeline and additional details in the coming weeks.
To avoid interruptions once the service ends, we recommend scheduling showings for new listings through a service other than Supra One. ShowingTime is included with your REcolorado MLS subscription at no extra cost, or you can use any other showing service you have access to outside the MLS.
New to ShowingTime or looking for a refresher? REcolorado and ShowingTime are teaming up on training webinars that cover account setup, scheduling showings, using the app, and the latest feature updates. Register below:
In Case You Missed It: Q3 Seller Concessions Report
Data to Guide Your Next Seller Conversation
Seller concessions have been a hot topic this year, and the Q3 data shows why. Concessions appeared in 64% of sales, more than price cuts or below-list sales, and they held steady at about two-thirds of sales no matter how long a listing was on the market.
If you have not reviewed the full report yet, it breaks down price reductions, below-list sales, and concessions by days in MLS, price range, and concession type so you can set clear expectations with your sellers.
