New Login Step Starts August 25
Starting August 25, ShowingTime will roll out two-factor authentication for members who sign in with a ShowingTime username and password. Members who access ShowingTime through the MLS will not be affected. For assistance or questions, please get in touch with ShowingTime directly.
Housing Market Insight
Homes in Denver County spent longer on the market in July, with the median rising to 16 days for single-family homes and 41 days for condos. Condos took 25 days longer to sell, highlighting a clear difference in market pace.

MLS Policy Essentials Video Series
