Listing Visibility Expanded through Google Search

REcolorado has joined Google’s Home Discovery pilot program, a partnership between HouseCanary and Google. Through the program, Active listings may appear directly within Google Search, giving homebuyers another way to discover available homes while ensuring listing brokers and agents receive direct attribution. If the program expands widely, agents could gain another opportunity to attract leads for their listings while helping buyers find homes more easily with fewer clicks.
