Brokers representing rental listings can use the RentSpree Online Tenant Screening to easily generate application links through our Matrix integration. The rental application and tenant screening solution is free for agents to use.
How to Use
During listing input, an agent will see “Will this listing use RentSpree Online Tenant Screening?” under the Deposit & Fees section.
If the agent chooses Yes, an application link will automatically be generated, populated on their listings, and emailed to them.
