Joseph is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of experience and an extensive background in the Colorado title industry. In fall 2025 he retired from his position as President of Equity Title of Colorado, Inc, and he currently serves as President of MAZL, LLC, the company that acquired REcolorado in 2024. Previously, Joseph held key executive roles at major title companies, including Chicago Title Insurance Company and Title America. Joseph was also one of the original shareholders in the early development of CTM eContracts, one of the most widely adopted contract software platforms in Colorado, further showcasing his commitment to streamlining and modernizing real estate practices.

Joseph’s career is defined by a steadfast dedication to advancing the real estate profession through leadership, technology, and service-driven values. His forward-thinking approach will further REcolorado’s standard for excellence and position as one of the nation’s leading MLS organizations.
