Known for her unique experience in MLS relationship management throughout the U.S. and Canada, Amy Turner is helping drive REcolorado’s strategic growth and brand evolution as Vice President of Business Development and Brand. With a focus on strengthening market presence, deepening industry partnerships, and enhancing brand value, she is shaping initiatives that ensure REcolorado remains a trusted leader in the real estate community.

Amy brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across real estate, technology, media, and sports marketing, with a proven track record of leading transformative brand initiatives. She spearheaded a global franchisor’s first major brand refresh in 45 years and developed innovative programs that significantly increased agent engagement and adoption. Her expertise in strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and operations makes her a key asset in REcolorado’s continued success.

Prior to joining REcolorado, Amy held leadership positions at RE/MAX, LLC, where she played a key role in establishing MLS relationships, leading new brand initiatives, and managing a data service team working on proprietary software. Before that, she led strategic marketing efforts at Fox Sports Net, collaborating with professional and collegiate sports teams in Colorado and Utah, as well as developing and managing marketing campaigns with satellite and cable TV partners across an eight-state region.

Amy has an extensive background in college athletics. She was responsible for revenue generation through corporate partnerships and ticket sales at Portland State University. She also managed communications for nationally recognized athletic programs, including football and crew at the University of Washington and hockey at the University of Denver. She was also part of the original leadership team that launched the Mountain West Conference in 1999. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Special Olympics Colorado, where she developed and fostered strategic partnerships with Colorado sports teams and major media outlets to drive revenue and fund inclusive programs within schools and communities throughout the state.

Passionate about fostering growth and success in others, both personally and professionally, Amy is committed to excellence in every aspect of her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts.
