Dana Bennett is leading REcolorado into its next phase of growth and innovation as CEO. With a focus on enhancing data capabilities and delivering superior services to brokers, she is driving initiatives that position the company for long-term success in a competitive MLS landscape. Dana’s vision is rooted in collaboration, ensuring REcolorado remains a trusted partner for brokers and stakeholders alike.
Dana brings over 30 years of real estate industry experience, blending local market expertise with strong national connections. Her leadership is widely recognized for fostering partnerships that create lasting value for subscribers and partners. With a background as a broker/owner and REALTOR®, she has a deep understanding of brokers’ needs and the evolving challenges they face.
Before becoming CEO, Dana held key leadership roles at REcolorado, including Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer, where she focused on innovation and strategic growth. She has also been instrumental in shaping the company’s position as a leader in MLS data integration. She also served as a consultant within the real estate sector to help shape its future.
Dana has previously served on the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association board of directors and holds top industry credentials, such as GRI, ABR, e-Pro, CMLX1, and CMLX2 from the Council of Multiple Listing Services, and the RED-B designation from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO).

Brandon C. Brancato brings over 30 years of expertise in financial planning and administration, technical accounting, SEC compliance, systems implementation, and human resources to his financial leadership role at REcolorado. He is committed to fostering a finance team that serves as a trusted advisor and support partner for the organization, emphasizing a collaborative mindset to achieve these goals.
In addition to overseeing financial management at REcolorado, Brandon focuses on driving growth by leveraging the company’s data assets and enhancing data licensing and delivery capabilities.
Before becoming CFO, Brandon served as REcolorado’s Finance Director. Prior to joining REcolorado, he held key leadership positions at InfoNow Corporation, where he led finance and administration, and Formus Communications, where he served as Chief Accountant. He gained valuable experience in public accounting as an auditor for Arthur Andersen.
Brandon actively contributes to the industry through his participation in the Council of MLS Accountants (CoMA) Group. He has also served in leadership roles within the CMLS community, including the CMLS Finance Section Council (as Chair and Co-Chair) and the CMLS Best Practices Workgroup. Additionally, he serves on the MLS Grid Board of Managers.
A Certified Public Accountant, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
Known for her unique experience in MLS relationship management throughout the U.S. and Canada, Amy Turner is helping drive REcolorado’s strategic growth and brand evolution as Vice President of Business Development and Brand Management. With a focus on strengthening market presence, deepening industry partnerships, and enhancing brand value, she is shaping initiatives that ensure REcolorado remains a trusted leader in the real estate community.
Amy brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across real estate, technology, media, and sports marketing, with a proven track record of leading transformative brand initiatives. She spearheaded a global franchisor’s first major brand refresh in 45 years and developed innovative programs that significantly increased agent engagement and adoption. Her expertise in strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and operations makes her a key asset in REcolorado’s continued success.
Prior to joining REcolorado, Amy held leadership positions at RE/MAX, LLC, where she played a key role in establishing MLS relationships, leading new brand initiatives, and managing a data service team working on proprietary software. Before that, she led strategic marketing efforts at Fox Sports Net, collaborating with professional and collegiate sports teams in Colorado and Utah, as well as developing and managing marketing campaigns with satellite and cable TV partners across an eight-state region.
Amy has an extensive background in college athletics. She was responsible for revenue generation through corporate partnerships and ticket sales at Portland State University. She also managed communications for nationally recognized athletic programs, including football and crew at the University of Washington and hockey at the University of Denver. She was also part of the original leadership team that launched the Mountain West Conference in 1999. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Special Olympics Colorado, where she developed and fostered strategic partnerships with Colorado sports teams and major media outlets to drive revenue and fund inclusive programs within schools and communities throughout the state.
Passionate about fostering growth and success in others, both personally and professionally, Amy is committed to excellence in every aspect of her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts.
