Which Statuses Accrue Days in the MLS (DIM)?

Days in MLS (DIM) tracks how long a listing is in Active status, including Private Exclusive listings (visible only to your brokerage). Switching from Private Exclusive to traditional Active does not reset DIM. To pause DIM, change the status to Withdrawn—don’t expire the listing, as this is against MLS policy.
