New Required Field Coming to Matrix

Beginning this month, a new required field will be added for Residential, Residential Income, and Manufactured in Park listings: Occupant Type. For every applicable listing, you’ll select either Owner, Tenant, or Vacant. If the property is tenant occupied, include the lease term and, when applicable, the lease expiration date. 

This requirement will reduce confusion for you and your clients by providing clarity on when a buyer can move in.
