Matrix Update: Ownership & Occupancy
Required Field Updates Now Live
A new “Ownership and Occupancy” section is now live in the Listing tab for Residential, Residential Income, and Manufactured in Park listings. The Occupant Type field (Owner, Tenant, or Vacant) is now required for these property types. For listings that are Tenant Occupied, you’ll also need to provide:
- Lease Term
- Lease Expiration (required field)
- Lease Amount
With these enhancements, you can clearly and consistently document who occupies each property, helping support more informed decisions during the buying process.
