Policy Essential #12 – Withdrawn vs Expired
Withdrawn status applies when a property is temporarily taken off the market but remains under an active listing agreement. Showings are not permitted and Days in MLS (DIM) are paused; however, you may continue to market the property. Expired status indicates the listing agreement is no longer in effect.
