We are excited to share that REcolorado is offering new classes starting this month. Many of our classes include two hours of CE credit at no cost to REcolorado subscribers. We also are offering a Getting Started two-hour class that is a great overview of the key tools that come with your MLS subscription, starting April 23.

Concessions Updates Now Live

You will now be able to itemize Concessions when closing a listing. A drop-down menu will allow you to select concession types, enter dollar amounts, and automatically calculate Total Concessions.

REMINDER – Commissions are strictly prohibited in the MLS and should not be included in concessions.

Reminder: Proper Use of Closed Off MLS

The Closed Off MLS option is only for properties legitimately sold off MLS, such as FSBOs or new builds, and must be entered by a party to the contract. These entries are included in stats and productivity reports.

Do not use the Residential Property Type for these.

Also, any properties under a valid listing agreement must be entered in the MLS. If directed by the seller and noted in the agreement, it can be listed as Private Exclusive.
